Hello,

I purchased the Codelobster IDE Professional Version on 14 April. And what I try, I still fail to configure a WordPress project properly. I get the error message at the end: “Cannot create WordPress project because error: Critical error: Cannot execute installation script. Check your project url.”. Also see this error message on a screen copy attached.

I think I have set all the settings correctly.
I work with Windows 11 Professional. The WordPress files are unpacked correctly in a separate folder in the C:\Web\WPCodelobster folder and the Database with associated Database user are also created correctly. But the WordPress installation script cannot be started because the Codelobster localhost web server is not working. I have already tried different HTTP ports like 80 and 88 and default 9000 are not working.

Can anyone please help me further so that I can use Codelobster IDE for WordPress. This is why I have purchased this now. I already sent a similar message on the CodeLobster website form and sended already an email messae to the support email address but got no reply either.
My searches via Google on the Internet gave no solutions for me.
Any hints and tips are certainly welcome. I do think there is a conflict somewhere or something that I have yet to turn off on Windows 11 Professional or whatever?
Or maybe in Codelobster IDE in the preferences I still need to turn on or off or add some extras?

Thanks in advance for helping me.
Best Regards.

Hi, Alian.

Please, send us your debugger settings and output of the following PHP script:

<?php
print(phpinfo (INFO_ALL));
?>

Regards,
Codelobster Team.

Hi,
I managed to create a WordPress project after all.
I did not know at first that there is no web server present in Codelobster IDE. I normally use on Windows 11 Professional the Internet Information Services or IIS for short as web server.
So I first configured a website on the IIS with also the necessary host files settings.
Since I am using the latest PHP version 8.3.3, I also added the necessary php_xdebug in the php.ini file.
Everything appears to be working now. A working WordPress CMS was installed.
Only regrettable thing is that in the Codelobster IDE, the preview of the web pages does not work yet. I only see a blank page, with no error message. See screen capture in attachment.
Is there a solution for that?
Thanks in advance for helping me to get the preview screen working, if it is possible.
Regards.

Hi.

Looks like there is some problem indeed.
We will look at it by our nearest version surely.

Thanks,
Codelobster Team.

Hi.

Does Google Chrome show this URL normally?

Thanks.

Hi,
Indeed Google Chrome immediately displays the correct web page.
I tried a few things myself, such as setting the PHP8 library folder and the correct PHP language and now the preview does work. See screenshot.
When starting Codelbster IDE, it does take a while before the preview works. Sometimes I get an error message saying the port is to busy.
Perhaps it requires that the PHP library folder and correct PHP language is set? However, I can't find this anywhere.
