Hi I have just downloaded the free version and the installation failed because of Visual C++ Redistributable versions are already installed (2005/x86/x64, 2008/x64, 2010/x86/x64 2012/x64, 2013/x64 and 2017/x84/x64), the message says to uninstall other versions first and reinstall but I will obviously have problems with other software that requires these versions that all seem happy to reside together up until now. Is there a solution? or maybe I only need to replace the 2005 version? Regards Mark |

Hi, Mark. What OS do You have? If You use Windows XP than, please, install all latest updates and service packs. Regards, Codelobster Team. |
