Yes, but for now only. We hope that we will be able to add Chrome Development Tools (with quick edit) very soon.

This means the PHP edition is better with Inspector for CSS. Multiplatform just lost the quick edit like Brackets.

1) Codelobster IDE will have Emmet plug-in too. But we will need to update it still a little.
2) Codelobster 1.0 will not have an Ispector because it is based on IE control and it is imossible to make it working on multi-platform. But after that we have a plan to add HTML Ispector based on Chrome Engine (similar to Chrome Development Tools).
